Will I get another growth spurt?
I am 19 and 5'10 I wish to be taller at' least in the 6 feet range. Unlike most of my friends I still look like I am 14 years old and have only had one growth spurt in my teens. I would like to know if I still have some more inches to grow until i stop growing and if i will get another growth spurt. If yes how could maximize the growth spurt so that i can get taller?
