My semen analysis is azoospermia. My hormore levels are normal. Some of the seminiferous tubules function normal spermatogenesis and minimum number of spermatozoa is present

Answers:

Since you had a testicular biopsy it should also say whether or not there was spermatogensis present. If there was and the plumbing is okay the answer is a possible yes. Did you have a semen analysis done? It so what are the results? Have you had your FSH level checked and if so what are the results?

In response to the additional information:
A normal FSH implies sperm production. When the biopsy was done did they also do a vasogram (x-ray of the tubing to show patency)? Was fructose present in the ejaculate? I am wondering is there is an obstruction.

I suspect you could father a child with a combination of harvesting sperm and eggs, and in virto fertization. This is not cheap, though.
