How fast does chest hair grow?!

How fast does chest hair grow?

ok i woke up a couple weeks ago with a hair in the middle of my chest. no one else in my family (dad,grandpa,uncles) has any chest hair. how fast does it grow? because i hope to be more hairy by the end of summer. by the way i just turned 15. is it normal to start growing chest hair this young?

and also is it normal for pubic hair to grow from your pubic area to your thighs?
