Whats determines penis size?

I am wondering if say you're father has a 7in penis, will his son have a 7in penis too? Or is it something else? Also when does your penis stop growing? Do I have a big one, Im 13 and my penis is 5in hard. My mother said that my dad has a 7in penis and Im wondering if I will have one too?

I think that it is fine that you want to know how big your penis will be. it is all based on genetics, from both your dad's side and your mom's side. I have no idea how it works though. Try looking it up on google or wikipedia or something. Your penis stops growing around the age where you stop puberty. So usually around 18-20. Since your mom is so willing to share the size of your relatives penises, you could ask her about anyone else's that she knows from her family or your dad's family. From all of the sizes, you should be able to make an average of about what you would be. But i also think that penis size can sometimes be random. If you are able to find a large family average, then your size should be that plus or minus about 1.5 inches.
