I workout every day, i do pecs and lower body one day and the next day i do biceps triceps shoulders and the rest of upper body should i keep this workout regiment or am i not allowing my muscles to grow by working out every day


Answers:

biggest thing to remember is to split your routine so that the muscle group you are working is always 100% fresh. For example: working tri's the day after chest is not recomended bc your tri's will be tired after chest work. take a day or two off if you have to. try to only work 2 muscle groups a day and go for only 45 min. to an hour at most. don't overtrain!
