I keep waking up early in the morning whats going on!?
not really a morning person but for the last three weeks i've been waking up anywhere between 1 and 2 hours b4 my alarm goes off at 7am. sometimes i don't feel sleep deprived by this but still that would only mean i'm getting SIX hours approx of sleep which isn't enough right?

What are you doing in the hour or so before you go to sleep? If you're overstimulated, overly tired, worried, or just not tired enough your body may not relax enough to sleep very long.
If you've consumed caffeine products (sodas, chocolate, etc.) that may inhibit deep sleep.
I suggest you write down your food/beverage intake and activities during the hour before bed and see if there's a pattern.
