How do i get lower abs?

Your abs are just one long muscle so to work the lower region of that muscle try reverse crunches.... lift your legs and buttocks off the floor (using your abs - not your quads) and slow lower them. Do these before you do crunches... also .... there are muscles below your abs that connect your legs to your hips and these tend to push the abs out a bit and in doing so give abs more definition.. to work them do leg raises...(lift both legs an inch off the floor and raise them one at a time slowly returning to the starting position... for advanced lift both legs simultaneously ... for super advanced.. stick some weights on your shins) .... make sure you keep your lower back on the floor by sticking your hands under your butt.
