this fluid is see through and is discharged when i have pleasure.. Its not sperm and its stringy....like it sticks to my underwear.... Help....

That's probably pre-ejaculatory fluid (or precum in slang) that's produced by the Cowper's gland when you're either really aroused or close to ejaculating. It's perfectly normal. Its purpose is to lubricate the inside of the penis so semen can flow out easier, and it also helps to neutralize the acidity of the vagina a little. Some guys make next to none of it, others make so much that they can use it as lubrication during masturbation or sex. Just be warned that it does contain some sperm.
