My friend said you have to be a certain age to buy condoms. Is this ture? It seems like if they wanted to encourage teens to have safe sex, they woudln't have an age restriction when it came to buying condoms.

No, there is no age restriction. Anyone can go in and buy one. At my school, they give them out for free.
