I need to build up some arm muscles?!

I need to build up some arm muscles?

I'm a bit of a weakling at school. I'm tired of kids thinking their tough because they're a bigger build and go to the gym 5 days a week. I want to change all of that. I need to build arm muscles WITHOUT any equipment, and I'm far too busy to go to a gym. i just need some tips on like 20 minute a day workouts that will help my build up my biceps and triceps. Thanks.

Do wide arm pushups, regular pushups, and diamond pushups. Wide arm pushups are when your arms are placed outside of shoulderwidth. Then regular pushups are shoulder width apart. then diamonds are when your hands are touching in the middle of your chest. do about 30 of each every night for about 6-8weeks you will be much stronger ok? doing elevated pushups like your feet on the chair and your body on the ground can keep you going stronger. Push pressing is also a good workout as well. Have weight in your hands both equal amounts. Maybe 75-80lbs for your evenly distributed to both of your hands. Hold it on your chest and squat a little, then push both hands up with only a little bit of leg, and mainly arm. Like a jumping jack but keeping your feet in the same position without moving anything but your arms. DO THIS IT WORKS, I AM A VARSITY FOOTBALL PLAYER, AND ONLY IN THE 11TH GRADE!! I CAN BENCH JUST ABOUT 200LBS, SQUAT ABOUT 255. This works, when you want to learn how to get faster, come to me, or building abs, which i dont have yet, but i am getting there.

Triceps are harder to build. hold like a bowling ball, or somethign heavy with both hands and place the weight behind your head and go up and down with it. Do this about one hundred times every night. Increase weight for added challenge.

Eat alot of protein. Wether it be from meat, nuts, or milk. Drink alot of water. Build up a diet plan. Eat six times a day. snack,breakfast, snack, lunch, snack, dinner. And poop in the morning every morning. Healthy snacks, fruits, veggies, no fatty foods like pizza, or sodas. Drink 100% fruit juices, no chocolate milk!!!!!!! Nothing man made. Eat only wheat breads.
