I cant stop picking my facial hair!?

all the time im constatly picking at my chin, im trying to grow it out ( im in grade 10 and not to many people have facial hair like mine) but im constantly picking away at it. its making it shorter in some spots. what can i do to keep my hands still and away from my face? thanks

Skin and Facial Picking and Hair Pulling, are related to an anxiety illness called: Trichotillomania... more common in females than males... but, it's definitely a problem...!!!

It is also, related to: "self-mutilation" and "cutting"!!!

Get some counseling or therapy... which should help!!!
