i felt like i had to pee really bad so i ran into the bathroom and did it but i still felt that way after i was done so i went home and tried but it wouldn't come out and burned a little, so then i drank some water and jerked off and it felt a little better, and i peed a little, but i still feel like i need to kind of when i don't, it switches from the tip to my bladder i think where it hurts

See a Dr. It could be a bladder infection. It could be STD. It could be kidney stones. You need to get it checked out.
If it turns out to be a bladder infection, drink cranberry juice when you first notice the problem. It acidifies the urine and kills the bugs.
