Penis size is 100% genetic. You have no control over it unless you have an operation, which are not that successful. If they were more guys would be getting it done. Self-esteem is how you feel about yourself. If you think you have a small penis and it bothers you then yes it will hurt your self esteem. If you don't care or feel you are big then you will feel more confident. Know this, guys focus on breast size to much and most women don't care about penis size as long as you know what you are doing with it.
