What is a good work out routine for a lanky 19 year old?!

What is a good work out routine for a lanky 19 year old?

So yeh, I'm 19, 5'11 and probably like 135 or 140 not sure, somewhere around there. What is a good work out routine to get into to produce results at a good pace? I wanna build upper arms, chest, abs. Any suggestions would help! Can't afford gym membership, but do have weights, bar, etc.

Well I'm a 15 year old and I started lifting about 5 months ago and I say I'm pretty big, my routine is, work out about 4 times a week to rest if you get sore just don't work out the same muscles the next day. What I do is I bench press about 10 reps 5 times so like 5 sets of 10 reps and then I start curls to do my bicepts and I do sets with everything pretty much as long as you can do that much, then I do forearms and then rest when I am really tired and can't lift for the day. Then the next day I work out the other muscles like tricepts and abs and shoulders so yeah. Just eat protein and full carb one day with spaghetti so you can have energy to work out a lot. Just don't carb too much like everyday or something cuz u could get fat
