How do I stop hair loss and reduce dark under eyes?

Am 28 years old unmarried male. Oflate I have observed am losing lot of hairs and there's dark circles under my eyes. I want to know how do I reduce them? Can smoking cause any of these two problems. I never drink. Please Help me.
