Question:

I've got man boobs... help!?

I do lots of exercise, but over the last 2 weeks, I've got really big man boobs. I'm not overweight, but it's really annoying me! Going to the gym in 30 mins... what can I do to reduce them? Thanks!

actually, my stomach has got quite a lot bigger recently... maybe it's due to the end of exams and alcohol?!

RUN, often. or if you really hate to run find an alternative form of cardio.
To get rid of them you should try Bench Pressing, NOT with a traditional barbell, but with LIGHT weight dumbells. Do a 100 repitions (you don't have to quite do 100) with really light weight dumbells. If you go to the gym and throw up 250 lbs. 4 times that isn't going to get your pectorals "hard". You need to do really light weights, many times in order to really firm up that area. (dumbells give you a larger range of motion then barbells, which will really stretch out your pec muscles).
Pushups and Pectoral Flyes (again use light weights!!!) will also tone up your chest.

Trust me, try this and you'll go from boobs to pecs! Don't forget to do cardio (running will burn excess fat.)
