Any way to filter out the tiny penis questions on Yahoo answers?

Is there a mechanism in Yahoo answers to automatically hide any questions involving people worried about their small penis?

Thanks for the hilarious responses, but it was actually semi-serious, just wondered if we could set up our own keyword combination to just prevent little penis questions from showing up. I am a doc (MD) and like to answer questions on the health sections, and I don't doubt that many guys are worried about this a lot, I just get tired of seeing it all the time, over and over and over......I think at least Yahoo answers needs to split this off into a separate category, you now, Men's Health, Women's Health, and Small Penis Health, that sort of thing.
