I have good upper abs but my lower abs have no definition. what are good for defining my lower abs?


Answers:

Reverse crunch.

Lay on a bench and grab the bench above your head. Draw the pubic bone of the pelvis towards the lower rib cage.

Every other day add 5 reps until you max out at 100.
