I'm pretty sure my dad walked in on me masturbating. My back was to the door when I was doing it. I do get paranoid when I do it so I'm not sure if I just heard the noise of the door opening. I haven't seen him since then and am wondering what to do.

This is a natural thing...if you think your dad never did it,,think again!!!
I would suggest just letting it go...Time takes care of almost everything.
Even if he did catch you,I'm sure he is ten times more embarrased than you are...I am sure he would never bring it up unless you did....
this is not something that will make him treat you any differently than he always has(depending on where and when you did it).
If you were in an appropriate setting,alone and acting responsible about what you were doing and not affecting anyone else,There is no reason in this world why it should ever even be thought about again.
But depending on your age,If you are still in school,,you might talk to the school nurse,or one of your counselors about what is appropriate and try to learn a bit about"human sexuality"(yes,sex ed).If you are to shy to do that,MAYBE you should have a chat with your dad.......good luck.
