Is there a on-line Qualified Doctor who don't want to sell you something?

i've bin looking on the intrenet for good "panic attck" (or i think it is) help, i just wanted to E-mail someone as in support, but all i get is stupid webisites wanting to sell me some stupid Sh*t or subsibe to something...?????
