Extreme Penis HELP?

I have a bent penis. It is naturally that way. It is only like five inches and i know that it is bent downward and to the left. like this > ) < and i want to fix it. Plus it is always a little flaccid because of this. and its even starting to hurt. i heard there are stretchers and traction devices and surgery and that is it. i know that surgery scares me so i want to go with the traction device but they are like $300. i need help i don't know what to do. ps if i get it straightened, can i also get it pointed upward or downward at the tip a little? Plus as a side note, if i showed a girl my penis and its only 5 inches and bent would she laugh and be dissapointed?
