Pectoral muscles - How to build them if you can't bench press or push-up?!

Question:

Pectoral muscles - How to build them if you can't bench press or push-up?

The Surgeon says I need a plastic shoulder re-construction in about 10 years time.. so I am supposed to try and avoid wearing my real one down in the interim. Except I like to workout in the gym.. but he says no pushups, no overhead work, no bench presses of any sort (including seated), no shoulder presses, no freestyle, backstroke or butterfy. So pretty much the mainstay of my training routine is bad for me.

How can I keep muscle tone and improve chest and back .... or should I take up breastroke and sipping tea under a lap blanket on the porch?

Answers:

Well i can say this:
Some Yogi green tea... shouldn't stop you from using the HANDstroke underneath a silky and velvet lap blanket.
However, i wouldn't recommend doing this on the porch but maybe on a cam on the internet. You just might be able to bring in a little cash why you are recovering.

You would be surprised at how the hand will build up the ego which will in turn build up those Pectorals and you will be back in the gym in no time!!!

Squeeze a semi- soft ball in your hand.... it will work wonders.
