Ima start benching again?!

Ima start benching again?

i use to but i was doing 50 pounds 100 times a day and it took me like for months to get any results i heard im not supose to do too many reps can some one tell how i should do it?

im 18 m 180 pounds i can beanch like 1 20 maxxxx

and should you wear a belt to bench?


Answers:

Belt is not needed. You should do 100 pounds 8 or 12 times. Then do those 8 or 12 two more times. so you'll do 3 sets of 8 or 12. That's the best way. If you want tougher muscle do those reps fast. If you want mucles mass do them really slow.
