Is it normal that I've grow hair around penis but my penis haven't grow in neither length nor width?
Additional, my testicle hasn't grow bigger too, I'm 14 years old now... I'm afraid that my penis can't grow longer and bigger.

you are perfectly normal u have sarted to grow pubic hair recently i assume so your penis and ur testies will grow also over the next few years dont stress about it at all dude its all cool.
