My boyfriend snapped his frenum when he was 15 and never had it repaired, he is now 25 and has never had any problems. The first time we had sex 4 months ago it was a bit rough and he tore, every time it seemed to heal it would tear again when we had sex (it wasn't rough) . We stopped for 3 weeks and it seemed healed but it has just happened again, could it be because it needs longer to heal properly? It's just a little nick in the end, is there something he could take to help it heal? it has never happened with his other girlfriends, what should we/he do?

I would suggest seeing a urologist as quickly as possible.
In the mean time, I would suggest lubricating it and using a condom for any sexual contact.
