If i lift alot of weight doing little reps dpes that tone too?
I know this is for buiding strength but i want to know if i will get some definition from it too and also if it help i eat 30g's of protein every morning and night and i am skinny.

Less weight, more reps = tone
More weight, less reps = muscle mass
