Ways to gain healthy muscle?

I weigh 154 pounds and im 6', i lift everday and i run everyother day i eat good any ideas for gaining muscle?
By the way im gona be 16 this month and i already drink protein shakes.

and i cant stop running because im training for the mass state police student trooper program.

im the same age as you and i workout to, you say you work out every day and that completly wrong...

if you want to gain the muscle you lookin for you should only lift weighs a maximum of every other day like your running, this is because your muscles need time to repair

when your muscles repair, the fibers in them that make microscopic rips in them heal during your off days and when they heal the body makes your muscles bigger and stronger than before they were hurt (when lifting) so the key to actually getting the muscle is RESTTTTTTTT, you need so much more rest than you think...

you should only train your arms twice a week as they are a small muscle group and need much time to repair, if you want your arms to look bigger train your triceps alot more than your biceps because having big horse shoe triceps is a better luk than skinny little arms with silly tenis balls for biceps on them

so eat your protien, lift weighs a maximum of 3-4 times a week and just fill in the gaps with cardio... yes i no your probably thinking hes on crack or sumthin but i asure u if you rest youll c greater inprovements
