Im not sure whats wrong with me...?

ill get to the point im 19 years old and im loosing some of my hair their is no family inheritance involved. when i take a shower and i was my hair i sse a good amont of hairs on my hands. another thing i notice is that my ears are more sensitive to loud noises and i feel some sort of tension throught my body.i have to admit my life style has changed dramatically thses past two years i pretty much spent all my time at home and the food i eat isnt all that great. and my sleeping habits arent good either i would go to sleep around 2-3 am and get up around 1pm.

I would think that it's a neurological problem caused by either stress or depression and it won't get any better unless you seek professional help. Get off Yahoo!Answers and get some help.
