As to whether male nipples are as responsive, sensitive as females. Ive read reports from some males that say so. However mine arent. I suspect that most male nipples arent as sensitive as female nipples. Although, in the same manner that males can breastfeed after using a milking machine for a month. With continued stimulation of the male nipples, they perhaps awaken and become more sensitive also.
I prefer mine sucked by a woman, it's a nice feeling, more psychological than physical for me. Makes me cradle and protect her
