It doesn't burn anymore, help?!

Question:

It doesn't burn anymore, help?

When I started working out, about 2 weeks ago, I had these pains in my muscles afterwards that I assumed were supposed to happen (coz that meant I was doing something right). I've stopped getting those pains and even when I put myself throught a hard workout, NOTHING! Is this normal, good or bad? do i have to push myself more?

Answers:

If it doesn't burn anymore and you need help with that, then I guess you can use a gallon of gas.
WTF are you talking about?
Listen dude.
When you start working out in Gym, you'll experience some muscle pains.
These pains usually don't come around until the next day(or if you have done the work out in the early morning, they come around in the evening)
And these pains are the biggest cause of people not going to the gym for the SECOND session.
I have prescribed a lot of what-to-dos for guys who come to gym for the first time or after a long absence just to reduce their pain and motivate them to come around again.
Yet I still have a lot of student who go MIA after the first session.
Dam n, you are the first one I see you like those pains.
Now let's see what is the source of those pains:
When you are living a no exercise or low exercise life, your muscles don't grow much.
Why?
Cause human body is a very smart creature.
It strengthens only the places you need.
So if you are a computer programmer always sitting at your desk, I bet your brain is way better working than a cowboy farmer.
On the other hand, I really don't recommend arm wresling a cowboy to any computer programmer unless they want their arm bones crushed.
So when you start your work outs, you send a message to your body.
You are tellin your body "Hey buddy, I want you to grow in places other than tummy and brain".
This takes a while for your body to realise so in the first work out session, you'll have pain.
With the methods I teach my students, they get rid of the pains by 100% in the 2nd session of the gym which is usually on the next, next day of the first session.
So If you have been having those pains for 2 WEEKS, change your gym instructor(I doubt if you have any).
Cause he either don't know how to reduce your pain or he doesn't bother to tell you.
These pains are due to you pushing your body into a lifestyle which it is not used to.
And when these pains fade away, it means your body is already used to that lifestyle.
So Cogratulations.
You managed to get used to gym life after 2 weeks.
My friend,
If you are training with any instructor and you go through this, change your gym.
that instructor won't be able to help in case any accidents happen at the gym.
I have been dealling with brocken noses, ribs and teeth, displaced arms, legs, shoulders and jaws and the most frequent of all, displaced fingers and burst lips.
and these type of injuries, must be done good as soon as possible.
So look for an instructor who knows "Extreme Sports First Aid"s too and is most probably holding a certificate for that.
I was gonna lay out the best and fastest method for getting rid of those paisn but it's already too late for you.
but I have answered a similar question which you can refer to and see the instruction.
