Need help gaining weight/muscle?
Ok guys, back in the 3rd week of April, I signed up for a gym membership. I started to eat right and exercise 3x a week.
I gained 8 lbs in 5 weeks. (140 to 148)
Now for the past 2 weeks I have been at 149 and stayed there. I haven't changed my diet, I have been eating 5 meals a day which includes to helpings of muscle milk in 2% milk.
My body weight has gone down from 10% to 8.9% I look better and feel better each day. But the thing is, I haven't gained any weight, will it happen soon? Is it because my body is adapting to my exercises or eating habits? Please help

well you could be burning off the fat because u dont do weights enough to build muscle from the protein! but seein as you say u do weights just try and eat lots of protein and carbs so you burn off the carbs and keep the protein dont just focus on protein, if all else fails try this product with your protein shakes - LA NORATEEN II its the nearest thing to steroid and is legal good luck its quite expensive though
