Okay, this may sound weird but, I like have 2 different but holes, one is really small, which i can put my finger into (never done so but seems that width) and that part has alot of hair.. is this normal, im a guy, 13

Sounds like a deep dimple, they often fill with hair, especially on young men, but you should see a Dr to be sure it is something that does not need medical attention. Better safe than sorry. If you feel funny about telling your parent, don't. They care about you and will want to know.
