I have infection on my Foreskin of Penis,i consult Doctor he gave me Azithral-500,after taking one week?
After taking of Antibiotic The infection on my Foreskin Disapers,Now after the three Months the infection appears again there is redish like wound on front of Foreskin,I done all tests which is al negative ,Like HIV,VDRL.Should i again take Antibiotic or anything else .Pl confirm

Are you sure your partner isn't giving you the infection/STD?
If so, whether circumcised or not it would not matter (your foreskin is just affected rather than the glans since that is what comes into contact).
So make sure your partner is tested, too. It's not doing any good to have you get rid of it (so yes, the antibiotic works, so use it) if you get it spread again.
You have to find the source of that infection. It sounds like something gave it to you after three months, especially if you keep good hygiene.
