Ya...ok well I am 15 years old, and am 5'7". And my penis is 6" long when erected, but when not, it is about 2" or 3" long, I am not exactly sure what is wrong, and it's not only when it's cold. So, is this normal?
And I also get erections at random times throughout the day. Is there any way to prevent that?

You, my friend, are a perfectly normal 15 year old.
I've seen 18 year olds with a 6" penis, so you could end up being pretty big! Erections just happen. There is really nothing you can do to stop them, they will go away eventually. (Just don't start having erotic thoughts or it will get worse!!)
There is absolutely nothing to be embarrassed about, you sound very healthy and very normal!
