im 15 is there any way to tell how "big" i will be when i get older...say 18?

As I've heard, the penis is made up of cartilage, so it will technically never stop growing. (But don't quote me on it) Think of old men, though. They always have big ears and big noses! (cartilage)
Don't think you'll be 12'' by the time you are seventy. Every guy is different, but if you are 15, you will more than likely grow down there more. I imagine you'll stop noticing a change when you are about 21.
