Lump in bum?!

Lump in bum?
I have a lump that is inside my bum, i thought it may be hemeroids as i have had them before but this is inside under my skin, and not reachable if you know what i mean! It is about the size of a gobstopper and quite hard. Again if it was a hemeroid i would of expected it to be gone by now but 6 months on it is getting more painful. Has anyone else had this, if so what the hell is it and how do i get rid?

Sounds like a cyst, why have you waited six months to start doing anything about it, the best advice you can get is from your doctor.
