Where can I find safe, healthy excercise programs that does not use weights?

there are easy fitness regimes that marines use;
im 18 and do have my own weights and go to the gym and stuff but i do know how to do other things and reviews of this would be appreciated when im away from home with no gym or no weights nearby! so do this;
stretch first so blood flows to the muscles then
1) 15 press ups
2)20 knees to chest
3)20 squats
4) 5 pull ups
5) 20 knee to elbow
6) 15 box jumps
7) 15 tricep dips
8) 20 half sits
9) 10 lunges

do this morning and night and u will notice a considerable difference,there are three different press ups, 1 close arm press up builds up biceps, 2 normal press up builds upper body and some are and 3 wide arm press up builds pecs so yeh good luck buddy
