My boyfriend has a small blister in the inside of his penis when you pull the skin. What is it?

Did it just pop up? If so, tell him to make sure to wash the area well, and to dry it afterwards. It should go away (or start going away) within a week or a little more. If it shows no signs of going away or if it gets worse, tell him to go get checked to be safe. Chances are that it may not be anything serious.
