Im starting a work out program. what order should i go in?!

Question:

Im starting a work out program. what order should i go in?

i have things for biceps, triceps, bikes, shoulders, treds. should i do upper body first and then switch to lower or mix it up?

Answers:

start the workout with a light 10 minute cardio on your bike

then its a choice of your own, do all ur upper body work in one day but never train your arms more than twice a week, workout every other day and you can add cardio in the inbetween days.

i suggest only working upper body one day and lower body the next day...

like most people when beginning they workout everyday and dont see results, you need to leave time in between workouts to allow your body to repair... (eat lots of protien foods like tuna and chicken breast)

good luck with your work out and just remember to workout maximum 4 days a week, arms maximum of twice a week because if you over do it you will see little or no results at all =]
