I need to get my muscles bigger!?!


Question:

I need to get my muscles bigger!?

I am 14 years old and weigh 97 lb.I'm quite the opposite of a person with muscles.I want to get some muscles but I don't want to go to the gym(the only one my towm is expensive and far from where I live).What can I do?
A friend told me that doing exercises every day will do just fine.Is that true?

I don't want to be big I just want some muscles coz some people consider me weak,i'm quite thin and poeple beat me up easily if i fight

at 14 mate ur body isn gonna get much bigger because you are not fully developed but buy weights from shops and at your age do it 3 times a week on the days you are not doing weights heres a regime for you mornming and night which will get you stronger, - ;

so do this;
stretch first so blood flows to the muscles then
1) 15 press ups
2)20 knees to chest
3)20 squats
4) 5 pull ups
5) 20 knee to elbow
6) 15 box jumps
7) 15 tricep dips
8) 20 half sits
9) 10 lunges

do this morning and night and u will notice a considerable difference, eat lots of protetin and carbohydrates and you will burn off the carbs and put on the protein as muscle! and good luck if u dont no any of the exercises there are useful sites to tell u what they are ;

there are three different press ups, 1 close arm press up builds up biceps, 2 normal press up builds upper body and some are and 3 wide arm press up builds pecs!

im just 18 and im 230 lbs but i go to the gym a lot, take protein supplements and have my own large weight/gym at home. for a guy who is not particularly muscular just tone up dont try and weightlift it wont work!
