Why do my testicles smell?!

Why do my testicles smell?

I feel so ashamed, but i masturbate 5 times weekly, and then the area between my thighs and Testicles have a foul type smell. What is it, do i have a disease, please help!

I am 14 by the way, and i shower 3 times a week, and the smell goes away after i shower..

shower regularly for one thing, try using some type of powder after you shower, like baby powder or gold bond or something, also dry off really well.
