If i want to lose weight but also muscle at same time should i just use treadmill and then do weights after ??

if not wat should i do/??

Why lose muscle, unless you are a bodybuilder who is giving up.

Your muscle is there for a reason, any loss in muscle will make your metabolism slower resulting in probable weight gain later on unless you control your diet. Train with what you have and don't increase in size while using the treadmill. Once you have removed the fat you can then see if you need to lose muscle.

but you probably won't
