well..... my penis size is 1in soft and 3in hard. im kinda scared that it would be too small but i just wanted to make sure if i would be able to get up to normal size or is this normal because im 13 and i been for 3 months

it'll grow. ur still young. penis growth happens in the middle of puberty so its not the first change u will see.
