Hate to do this again but...?!

Question:

Hate to do this again but...?

Hello,
sorry to ask again but i thought this would be my best place for help!

First i dont have a plan or even know were to begin with gaining muscle.what I really want is to gain weight but it would be even better to throw some muscle on. I was just wondering if someone has a plan that sounds right for me.( maby a plan that doesn't involve purchasing somthing online?) here is a little bit about myself:
AGE: 15
HEIGHT: 5''8
WEIGHT: 108 (this is my biggest problem!)

so i have been reading some of the plans but they all seem so confusing to me and was just wondering if someone has any plans of what to eat/ what supplements to take and most of all what workouts to do daily that is understanable for a newb like me. i would like to throw on at least another 15 pounds. thanks alot for your help!

I only have a bowflex and free weights is that enough to get the job done or do i need a gym membership?

Answers:

Wow you are thin. We have the same height and I weigh around 155 pounds. At this weight I already look lean and healthy enough for my friends. So adding 15 pounds to your weight is not enough.

First of all NEVER skip breakfast or any meal. It is the most important meal of the day. Eat a full breakfast, like eggs, bacon, rice, and others. I do not consider cereals as breakfast! Eat snacks like pasta or spaghetti, burgers in between meals (though it should not fill you really up). However avoid drinking too much soda or eating candies. It is an unhealthy way of gaining weight. Just after dinner, eat a light snack like fruits. This will help regulate your bowel movement. Get enough rest as much as possible.

I suggest you gain some weight first before even thinking of going to a gym. You can also try some swimming and playing basketball. This sport really tones your muscles while you gain some weight.

Try taking Vitamin C with B-Complex. This is good for growing teens and stress.

Take photos of yourself so you have a before and after photo to encourage you more as you gain some weight.

As soon as you reach 140 or 145, you can start seriously working out.
