Sperm can not live that long after it has been released. Your friend has nothing to worry about. Sperm can live for days inside the vagina only. The only way she could have gotten pregnant from being fingered is if he masturbated at that very moment and stuck his finger dripping with semen inside her, that is the only way. And yes, soap and warm water takes it completely off your hand.
