No it is not too big, it sounds average. This is the size of penis seem most often. A 9 inch penis with the diameter of a soda can can fit in a girl, but that's a little uncomfortable. Until someone shows me a penis bigger than a newborn baby, I have to say no penis is too big for a vagina. That's the way a vagina is made, it stretches, small enough for a pinky finger or big enough for a baby.
