I have a fat face, how to get rid of face fat?

So im NOT a skinny guy with a fat face. Im a 190lb guy with a fat face. I need tips on how to slim down all together but especially my face, since it seems to all redirect up there. Any tips and suggestions would be nice, but no pills or surgery options, k thx.

My sister taught me that pushing my tongue on the roof of my mouth multiple times helps. I did that for about a day, the stopped cause I was too lazy lol.
Try it and see if that helps. It beats not doing anything at all..
