I need help...?!

I need help...?

im am a 15 yr old guy and i have an odd lump underneath my left nipple.... it doesnt appear to get bigger or smaller and its been there for a quite a while... can anyone help me figure out what it is... there is a similar bump underneath my other nipple but its not quite like the other one.... so if anyone has any advice or tips on what it is or how to get rid of it your help is much appreciated.........
