im 13 and i have that thing wen u cant pull your foreskin back all the way .. it dosent give any pain wen i pull it back .. is there any way of fixing it on my own without goin to the docters .. plz answer

At your age this is common since you haven't pulled it back much.
As you use it more it'll slide back more and more. I know, it was the same for me. =)
So now that you've started puberty, you'll be sliding it back and forth to wash it when you shower (takes very few seconds), and for masturbation (use it to rub the head; since it's already lubricated on the inside it feels good, so use it!). Just pull it back the most you can without forcing it, and rub the head, and it'll detach slowly each day.
