Work out plan?!

Work out plan?

Well i lift weights and i was wondering how long i should do it...ive been doing it for 30 minz....and my right arm is bigger then my left...like the muscle um also i do crunches till it hurts lol um how long should i do it for...thanks

Its not a matter of how long you work out, it is a matter of how many reps you do. It is sugested that you use this pattern, 12..10..8. This means that you do 12 reps, rest the muscle for 15 seconds, then do the rest of the pattern. Also avoid working out the same muscle two days in a row for this is proven to cause micro-tears in the muscle. Doing this with my biceps, pecs, and abdominal muscles usually takes about 30 minutes. Try running as well to build muscle mass in your legs and to reduce your body's fat content, the less body fat you have the more defined your muscles will appear, good luck.
